Asus N10 Netbook Official

Asus officially announced its N series notebook PCs, including the N10 netbook (aka S101), N20, N50 and N80. Then N10 is Asus’ netbook that comes without the Eee branding.
Asus N10 is a netbook with a 10.2-inch LCD display. Powered by an Intel Atom N270 processor, N10 has up to 2GB of DDR2 RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 9300M graphics card, and up to 320GB hard drive. It comes with also Bluetooth, WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n, and an integrated 1.3 Megapixel webcam.

[...] Asus N10 is the company’s latest netbook, that comes without the Eee branding. Mobile Computer Mag has reviewed the netbook. Just a recap, the N10 features a Atom 1.6GHz processor, up to 2GB of RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 9300M video card, up to 320GB hard drive, WiFi, Bluetooth and built-in webcam. MCM’s comments: Asus isn’t calling the N10 a netbook and it isn’t made by its netbook division, so we’ll be nice and pretend that it’s simply a small, cheap, ultraportable…But that’s a bit of a problem. Yes, the N10 is small, but it isn’t really that cheap. With an expected street price of GBP499, the N10 costs more than many much more capable Core 2 Duo laptops. They’re not ultraportables, of course, but then technically, nor is the N10 – the Intel Atom processor is far too limited for that….
