Sony VAIO TT Series Notebook

Sony introduces the new VAIO TT series laptop PC that is the world’s lightest Blu-ray notebook. The VAIO TT is housed in a lightweight carbon-fiber chassis and features a 11.1-inch XBRITE-DuraView LCD display.
Based on Intel’s Centrino 2 technology, the VAIO TT comes with integrated Blu-ray disc drive and dual channel 256GB (128GB X 2) SSD with RAID set-up. TT integrates also the WWAN module for connecting Sprint Mobile Broadband Network (EV-DO Rev. A).
The VAIO TT series offers HDMI output connector and LED backlit LCD. The TT series starts at $2000. The Blu-ray version will cost $2700 while the SSD version for $2,750.

hmm actually the US$ 4.344.99 is justified by the 256GB SSD and the BR-Drive, although i must say its price is not for everyone. only for the rich and the tech-savy. the poor mights just buy a cheap netbook for US$ 600
