BenQ Aries2 S6 MID hits Italy

Finally, BenQ’s MID S6 (aka BenQ MID, Aries2, Alice) is available for ordering in Italy via TIM, an Italian carrier. BenQ’s S6 MID (Mobile Internet Device) is powered by an Intel Atom UL11L 800MHz processor, 512MB RAM, 2GB of SSD for storage and a microSD card slot. It has a 4.8-inch 800×4800 TFT LCD screen.

BenQ S6 supports HSDPA 7.2 high speed data as well as WiFi and Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity. It runs Midinux OS. Benq S6 is priced at 429 Euro.
