The instructions that have come with the product are all in chinese and nothing is in english. The folder will open online but that is also all in chinese. Or if you could please let us know how to power on the product (we have already pressed the power button on there and the light shines for a minute and then comes off). The screen doesn't even turn on. If you could advise us in this area we would really appreciate it. Thank you in advance for your help.
