Schwinn Tailwind Electric Bike

Schwinn will launch next the Tailwind electric bike. The Schwinn Tailwind features Toshiba’s Super Charge ion Battery (SCiB) technology that allows the battery to be fully charged within 30 minutes. The battery can be charge 3000 times without loss in power.
The Schwinn Tailwind features also a Shimano Nexus 8-speed geared rear hub. It has a front hub motor offering a 180 watts continuous or 250 watts peak power. The electric bike comes with a PowerDial for turning the power assist on and off choosing preferred level of pedal assist.
The Schwinn Tailwind electric bike will be priced at $3,199.
