		<description>Let everyone know that this drive works great if it is formatted correctly.  Many complain that it is slow because it is set to optimal performance and not maximum.  Right click on my computer, click hardware, device manager, disk drives, corsair, policies and click optimize for performance.  Then go back to the drive and format it for NTSF and it will work like a champ.</description>
