D-Link ships its new DIR-825 Xtreme N Dual Band Gigabit Router for home and small office. The D-Link DIR-825 supports the 802.11n WiFi standard, which allows users to surf the internet on the 2.4GHz band and stream HD content or other media content on the 5GHz band.

D-Link DIR-825 features the SharePort technology that turns its USB port into a virtual network port, through which users can access their USB device connected anywhere.

This new Dual band 802.11n router supports also 802.11g, 11b and 11a standards. It has the HD Fuel enhanced Quality of Service (QoS) feature that can categorizes and prioritize different kind of traffics.
