Hitachi 15mm 37-inch LCD HDTV

Hitachi shows at the CEATEC Japan 2008 a 37-inch LCD TV, which is as thin as 15mm for the thinnest part. Hitachi’s 15mm LCD TV offers a 1920×1080 Full HD resolution and a color reproduction range that is 150% of the HDTV specifications thanks to the RGB-LED backlit.
Hitachi shows also a 50-inch PDP Plasma TV which is as think as 1.5 inch (35mm).
