Nokia 5800 XpressMusic Touch Phone

Finally, Nokia makes its 5800 XpressMusic touchscreen phone official. The 5800 XpressMusic is Nokia’s first full touchscreen mobile phone. The phone runs the S60 5th Edition OS that supports finger-input, and stylus control.

Nokia 5800 XpressMusic features a 3.2-inch 640×360 touchscreen, integrated GPS, built-in multimedia player, WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity. It has a 3.2 Megapixel camera with auto focus, Carl Zeiss lens, and dual LED flash. It has a 3.5mm headphone jack and a microSD card slot.

The 5800 XpressMusic offers several input methods, including virtual alphanumeric keypad, a virtual computer-style QWERTY keyboard, and a pen stylus.

The XpressMusic 5800 supports GSM/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900, WCDMA900/2100 and HSDPA networks. There are also Latin America version that suports WCDMA 850/1900. It will be available in Q4 for about Euro 279.
