Toshiba Portege R600 Ultra Portable Notebook

Toshiba offers the Portégé R600 (series: R600-014) ultra portable notebook in Canada. The Portege R600 may be the world’s lightest, fully featured laptop. It is powered by either an Intel Core 2 Duo ULV SU9300 1.2GHz processor (model: PPR61C-01409C) or SU9400 1.4GHz processor (model: PPR61C-VH309C).
The 1.2GHz model comes with 2GB of memory, and 160GB hard drive while the 1.4GHz model has 1GB of RAM and 128GB SSD for storage. They both have the Intel GMA 4500 integrated graphics.
The Portege R600 features also a 12.1-inch LCD display, WiFi 802.11a/g/n, Bluetooth, a 0.3 Megapixel camera, and a SD card slot.
The R600 series has also Toshiba EasyGuard for protecting the laptop from shocks. The price starts from CAD$2,399.00.
Update: Toshiba’s Portege R600 is now available in US with a price starting from $2,099.
