Samsung X360 and X460 hit US

We have seen Samsung’s X360 and X460 ultra slim and lightweight notebook PC that is “lighter than the (MacBook) Air). The two ultra light laptops are now heading to the US market, along with the P460/P560. The Core 2 Duo powered X360 and X460 has 3GB of memory and optional 128GB SSD. The 13.3-inch X360 and 14.1-inch X460 have LED backlit display with 300 nits of brightness.
Other features include WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n, Bluetooth, Gigabit LAN, USB 2.0 ports, 7-in-one MS,MSPro,SD,SDHC, MMC,MMC plus, xD card reader and HDMI output. The price starts from $1,599.

How good is Samsung in laptops? This is the first time I have seen a laptop from Samsung. Is it risky to buy one since Samsung is not a laptops developer??? I liked the design and the specs, but I am not sure if I should buy it or not. Any customer review??????
