Alltel LG Rhythm Music Slider

Alltel announces the new LG Rhythm music slider phone, which is the US version of the KM710. The LG Rhythm is a music-oriented mobile phone tuned by Mark Levinson. It features a 1-inch Circular Touchscreen with Interactive UI, a 1.3 Megpaixel camera, integrated MP3 player, FM tuner, Bluetooth and a microSD cards lot.
The Rhythm supports Alltel Navigation service. It has a 3.5mm headphone adapter with microphone. It is available in Black and white for $119.99 after $50 mail-in-rebate and a two-year service agreement.

I’ve had my phone since summer of 2009 and I love it. Even though it does shut off once and a while but not all the time for no reason. I love this phone especially downloading songs to it and they sound is perfect. I love the prepaid plan I have from alltel free nights and weekends and mobile to mobile and free texting for 1.00/ day just can’t beat it. Definately not disappointed

My rhythm’s screen will either go black on the top screen and not on the circle screen or the color gets are weird or the top screen blacks out and the bottom screen gets weird too. help?
I’ve have the white lg rhythm for a little over a year and it just started shutting itself off a few days ago…does anyone know the reason?? But other then that its had no problems
Definitely agree because after leaving Verizon, my service has improved. But this also reminds me of Alltel and their service plans. Family loves their phones and it has no contracts. Free wallpapers and ringtones were often given away, like at this site: Alltel. But not sure what happened to them.
i bought this phone saturday, 3 days ago. it worked fine until now. it shuts on and off by itself, when you recieve a message, and when you go into celltop and axcess apps. it is a great phone, but has many problems
Ok, this phone has worked great since ive bought it like the first day it came out, until about a month ago, it keeps fking turning itself off and on every 2 mins and fucking pisses me off, the backlight for the main menu will come on and drain my battery, i charge it and it keeps turning off/on. fucking gay thing. i mean the phone is a greta phone and durrable but i mean wtf this piece of shit lasted maybe a year? wtf
This phone is the biggest peice of crap you could purchase. It is constantly turning off and back on. It will often not send text messages and it is in general a major joke.
I bought this phone a couple months ago and it won’t let me save videos anymore! It says “EFS or card is not saved” or something like that. It happens after I click record and the screen freezes up or turns dark blue. The words pop up and then it goes to my home screen. HELP! Then also my recent pictures or videos I take, they will delete themselves after a couple days…..is there such thing as a possessed phone? Comments? Answers?

I have this phone and i love it! its great except occasionally i have the problem with not recieving all of my calls too.
Alltel phone. I have had the same issue of not receiving my phone calls, since I purchased the phone 6 months ago. I will check my voice mail & have messages. I don’t have any missed calls showing. Lately the phone will just shut off for no reason at all. Wish I had waited on purchasing this.
i got this phone right before christmas, and it froze up almost every day since then. this stupid thing now won’t even charge, and i need help with it.

once you buy a mico sd card it will usually come with a larger card for you to put the tiny one into.. then just buy a card reader and hook it up to the computer :}
I just got this phone 2 days ago, and I like it so far. I just cant figure out how to download songs onto the MP3 player. Do I have to have a microSD card and download them all from the computer or is there a way to download them through my phone?
yes, you have to have the micro sd card i reconmend the 4 gb and you have to have the card reader
I think mainly your gonna need the microSD card but I also think that with the Lg rhythm you can download songs and ring tones directly from your phone useing the intnernet. I havn’t tried it yet but thats just what I heard. Also theres a app thing it comes with called XM radio but all of these require internet access.

I had the same problem with nit recieving my calls I would actually be calling my cell from my landline phone holding the cell in my hand mind u and it would not go through!!!So after2 weeks of this I finally returned it to Alltel where they gave me a new one and now it works fine I love this phone and am very happy that I decided to return it!!!!
I have this phone and have been very disappointed with the call reception. Like others, I miss calls half the time, and only find out if the caller leaves a message. The signal strength on stand by is usually 0-1 bars. When I use the phone to make a call, it immediately jumps to 5 bars. Unfortunately my moisture sticker shows positive, so they will not replace my phone, grrrrrr! Since others have similar problems, I know mine is NOT a moisture issue!

I am also having issues receiving phone calls. I have called from my landline and my mom’s cell phone and only receive the call about half the time.
I love this phone! but i dont know how to work the fm transmitter because when i turn it on the music doesnt play so if anyone knows tell me!!!!
set your FM Radio to 88.1 then go to songs and play a song. go to options on the right side, option 5 music transmitter, option 1 on. and you should hear it through your radio.
You can also change the FM Chanel you want to transmit to. Once the song begins, press Options and then 7 (Transmitter). From here you can turn the transmit on/off and set the FM channel you want.

I love this phone the only problem I’ve had with it is that I don’t receive all my phone calls everyone tells me they usually have to call me three and four times before they get a hold of meme, it never rings on my end and I have service. Also my signal bars are never steady the go up and down and I’m in my service area so that is not the problem. But other then that I like the phone. Oh and when I bought the phone the guy at the Alltel store told me that it had flash on the camera part I can’t figure out how to turn mine on if anyone knows how comments would be greatly appreciated.
I dont know why you had those problems. maybe because you got the phone from alltel??? i got mine from u.s cellular, and it works like a dream. the speaker does get distorted at times, but there are side-key volume buttons to turn it up or down. could be defective phones, or just your provider, but i love this phone. havent found anything i dont like about it. hands down absolutly fabulous phone for music lovers.
I bought this phone the day it came out on the market. I’ve had two DOA’s so far and about ready to have a third. The first froze up every time I tried to send a text message. The second had speaker issues during phone calls and same with third. The speaker would get staticy and was very low, even on the fifth bar. Even the Alltel representative inside the store witnessed my complaint. I had each phone less than 10 days each. I had to pay retail for this phone so it cost me $299. Other than these issues, the phone is great, but these issues are enough to get rid of the phone right away. It’s difficult to talk when you can’t hear what the other party is saying for the first 30 seconds of the conversation. It’s a phone feature issue when I’ve had the problem with two phones!
I bought the white Alltel Rhythm on November 12, 2008. It has amazing features and I am greatly pleased with it.
