This is the BluAlert, a bracelet with Bluetooth technology that will alert you when your cellphone rings. The BluAlert suppoers Bluetooth 1.2 and uses the 2.4GHz wireless frequency.
The BluAlert is also a security device. “Once paired with your phone, if it should suddenly find itself more than 5 meters away, BlueAlert buzzes. Not only will you never miss a call, you’ll never lose your phone.” The device offers 100 hours of standby time.

does it work with iphone apps? fring, skype etc…?
I’ve read from many sites that it DOES WORK with the iPhone, however, if it’s anything like the upper model, it doesn’t alert you of emails and txt messages, which I find to be a deal killer, especially for the hefty price point.
I really like this but it would have to work with my iphone. Do you know if it does?
