Toshiba 43nm SLC NAND Flash Memory

Toshiba announces the launch of its new 43nm SLC NAND Flash Memory. The capacities of Toshiba’s new 43nm SLC NAND flash ranges from 512Mbits1 to 64Gbit and three (16Gb, 32Gb and 64Gb) of 16 versions will integrate 43nm monolithic 16Gb chips, which is the highest density SLC NAND chips available. Toshiba will start mass production of these new 43nm SLC NAND flash memory in Q1 2009.
