Itronix GoBook MR-1 Fully-Rugged Ultra Mobile Notebook

General Dynamics presents the Itronix GoBook MR-1 fully rugged ultra mobile notebook, joining the GoBook VR2. The GoBook MR-1 meets MIL-STD 810F standard for drop, shock, vibration and temperature, IP54 standard for humidity, water, dust, and spillage and has passed truck transport vibration test.
This ultra compact GoBook MR-1 is powered by an Intel Core Solo ULV 1.2 GHz processor, 512MB RAM, 40GB hard drive or 32GB/64GB SSD for storage. The MR-1 has a 5.6-inch 1024 x 600 outdoor viewable DynaVue LCD display and a full QWERTY backlit keyboard.
In such as small case, Itronix’s GoBook MR-1 packs support for WiFi 802.11 a/b/g, 1xRTT/EVDO or EDGE/UMTS/HSDPA mobile broadband, Bluetooth, and GPS navigation option.
This fully-rugged ultra mobile Itronix GoBook MR-1 has a $5,649 price tag.
