Panasonic adds to its Toughbook series the Toughbook H1, a mobile clinical assistant (MCA). The Toughbook H1 is a a portable, lightweight, durable device that is ideal for the healthcare environment. It comes with a handle and ergonomic rubber hand strap.
The H1 MCA is powered by an Intel Atom Z540 processor, 1GB of DDR2 RAM, 80GB hard drive and Intel SCH GMA500 integrated video controller. The Toughbook H1 features a 10.4-inch dual touch 1024 x 768 LCD display, WiFi 802.11 802.11a/b/g/n, Bluetooth, integrated 2 Megapixel auto focus camera, and built-in speakers.
Panasonic’s Toughbook H1 offers security features of TPM security chip, and fingerprint reader. It comes with also RFID reader, Buyers have also the options to add 2D barcode reader (reads 1D and 2D), GPS and Gobi EV-DO Rev. A/HSPA mobile broadband module.
Toughbook H1 MCA is priced at $2,999.
