Samsung 63-inch 4kx2k PDP

At the FPD International 2008, Samsung SDI shows us its 63-inch PDP Plasma display that can offer 4,096 x 2,160 pixels resolution with a a pixel size of 0.339 x 0.363mm. Samsung’s 63-inch Ultra Fine Definition PDP may be the first superfine-pixel-pitch PDP with a practical screen size.
In order to reduce the pixel size, the barrier rib structure was slimmed down. Also, the cell structure, the transparent electrode and the bus electrode were reviewed. The commercialization schedule is not available at this point.
