Fujitsu Siemens ESPRIMO MA Mobile Clinical Assistant

Fujitsu Siemens introduces the new ESPRIMO MA personal healthcare device which is compliant to Intel MCA (Mobile Clinical Assistant) specifications. Designed for healthcare market, the ESPRIMO MA is a tablet PC with a 10.4-inch LCD touchscreen and integrated support for HSDPA 3G/3.5G and optional RFID.
Fujitsu Siemens’ ESPRIMO MA is powered by an Intel Atom Z530 1.6GHz processor, 1GB of RAM and either 120GB hard drive or 64GB/128GB SSD for storage. The ESPRIMO MA features support for WiFi and Bluetooth. It has a 2 Megapixel auto focus camera, and optional 1D/2D Barcode Reader.
Fujitsu Siemens is offering another version of the ESPRIMO MA that comes with integrated RFID Reader supporting high frequency RFID transponder, tags und smart
labels.
The ESPRIMO MA Tablet runs WIndows XP tablet PC edition.
Note: Fujitsu has acquired Siemens’ 50% share in this PC joint venture Fujitsu-Siemens.
