She has macular degeneration so her eye sight is not very good. When the phone is in standby she cannot see the screen because it is so dim so she doesn't know when the phone is on or off. It is to bad that there was not an on off indicator on this phone. The charging port is irregular shaped like a USB port which makes it hard for her to plug in. A round port like Nokia uses would have been better especially if it was bigger and the charging port was tapered to funnel it in. The phone has three small buttons on the side to pull up the directory and scroll through which are hard for her to use also.
