Hynix 2Gb Mobile RAM

Hybix announced the development of 2Gb mobile DRAM chips utilizing the 54nm process technology. Hynix’s 2Gb mobile RAM offers a max speed of 400Mbps and processes up to 1.6 gigabytes per second with a 32-bit I/O.
Hynix will bring the new 2Gb mobile RAM into mass production in first half of 2009.
