Bel Canto presents the USB Link 24/96, a small device that uses a single 75-ohm BNC cable to convert high quality USB audio up to 24-bits and 96kHz to S/PDIF. The USB Link 24/96 comes comes bundled with a Stereovox XV2 BNC / BNC S/PDIF cable and is priced at $495.
The converter works with both Windows and OS X.
