This is JinPeng E1181, a China-made mobile phone that comes with a 2 Megapixel detachable wireless camera. The detachable camera uses RF wireless technology offering a 30 feet operation range. The camera can stream live images to the phone wirelessly.

JinPeng E1181 features a 3-inch LCD touchscreen, Bluetooth, integrated media player, a microSD card slot, FM tuner and dual SIM card slots. It supports dual band 900/1800 MHz GSM.
