Sprint U300 WiMax / EVDO Dual Mode USB Modem

Sprint announcd its new U300 EV-DO Rev.A / WiMAX 3G/4G dual mode USB modem. Sprint’s U300 supports EV-DO Rev.A 3G and Sprint’s 4G in Baltimore. With 4G WiMAX, the average downlink speeds is 2-4 Mbps and the speed will be around 600 Kbps – 1.4 Mbps with EV-DO Rev.A 3G network.
The U300 dual mode modem is built by Franklin Wireless. It is priced at $149.99 with a two-year subscriber agreement, after a $50 mail-in-rebate.
