Ecamm Network introduces the BT-1, the world’s first Bluetooth webcam. The BT-1 can capture 640×480 H.264 video and 48 kHz AAC stereo audio. It offers up to four hours of talk time with built-in battery.
Ecamm’s BT-1 measures 2 x 2½ x 5/8 -inch and comes with a flexible mini-tripod. It requires Bluetooth v2.0+EDR or later and uses USB for charging. Designed for Mac, the Ecamm BT-1 works with Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard or above and supports iChat and Skype.
Ecamm BT-1 Wireless Webcam will be launched in late Q1 2009 for $149.99.
