Sprint Mobile Broadband USB Modem 598U by Sierra Wireless

Sprint launches the Mobile Broadband USB Modem 598U for EV-DO Rev. A network. The 598U is made by Sierra Wireless. It provides an average download speeds between 600 kilobits per second (kbps) and 1.4 megabits per second (Mbps) and upload speeds average 350 to 500 kbps.
In addition to EV-DO Rev.A, Sierra Wireless’ 598U is also backward compatible with EV-DO Rev. 0 and 1XRTT technology. It has also enhanced GPS support and a microSD card slot supporting up to 32GB cards.
Sprint’s 598U by Sierra Wireless is now available.
