Nikon CoolPix S220 and S230 Slim, Compact Cameras

Other than the P90 and S620/S630, Nikon presents the CoolPix S220 and S230 slim compact digital cameras, replacing the S210. These two cameras offer similar functions. They have a 10 Megapixel camera, 3x Zoom-NIKKOR, 80-200 ISO range, Electronic Vibration Reduction, Motion Detection, and Face-priority AF functions. Like Nikon’s other new camera, both S220 and S230 have the EXPEED image processor.
CoolPix S220 has a 2.5-inch LCD screen while CoolPix S230 comes with a 3-inch touchscreen display. The former will be available in seven colors and the latter in five colors.
Both cameras are features Nikon’s EXPEED image processor. The have 44MB memory and support SD/SDHC cards. Nikon CoolPix S220 and S230 will be priced at $149 and $229.
