Viliv S5 MID get priced, coming to the US

Viliv announced the pricing of its S5 Mobile Internet Device. There are in total five models, four for Korea and one for the US/Europe. All of them are powered by an Intel Silverthorne Atom Z520 1.33GHz processor and 1GB of RAM. All support WiFi and Bluetooth connection. The S5 will offer also haptic feedback.
First of all the S5 S-LOG which comes with 30GB or 60GB hard drive. It has a 4.8-inch 800×480 LCD display. Then the S5 I-LOG has 60GB hard drive and a 4.8-inch 1024×600 display. S-LOG and I-LOG will be available in Korea.
Next is the S5 Premium, for the US, features a 4.8-inch 1024×600 display and 60GB hard drive. GPS is also available. The price will be $649. Lastly, the $699 S5 F-LOG has an additional DMB tuner.
The Viliv S5 will be available for pre-order starting from 24 February 2009.
