
At the MWC 2009, HTC introduces the new Touch Pro2 QWERTY smartphone, the successor of the Touch Pro. The Touch Pro2 comes with HTC’s new TouchFLO 3D interface and the zoom bar for zooming in and out when viewing images, web pages or Google Maps.

Powered by Qualcomm’s MSM7200A 528 MHz processor, the Touch Pro2 has 512MB ROM and 288MB RAM. It features a 3.6-inch 480×800 touchscreen display, a 3.2 Megapixel auto focus camera, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, FM Tuner, and a microSD card slot. It includes also the Straight Talk technology for better and clearer sound quality.
The Touch Pro2 supports GPS, WiFi 802.11b/g, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, as well as 900/2100 MHz HSDPA/WCDMA and quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE. It runs WIndows Mobile 6.1 Professional.


i’ve had my pure for a week now and that i still dont know what to do… like altering the message alert tone to whatever i need it not just the essential ones on the phone… all the pieces about this phone is complicating.. i also wanted to alter to that android software program as a result of windows is too gradual and someone please assist me how to do this
- Can I buy this phone without a phone company in the US? That means – can I take it to Argentina and put in a chip there?
-Does the software also come in spanish or only n English?
