by Sze | Filed under Mobile Phone
Verizon Wireless made its long-rumored LG Versa smartphone official. One of the main features of the Versa is it’s detachable QWERTY keyboard that is integrated into a case for the Versa.
The LG Versa features a 3-inch 480×240 touchscreen display, a 2 Megapixel auto focus camera with flash, Bluetooth, and a microSD card slot. The case itself includes an OLED display for displaying time and caller ID.

LG Versa supports Verizon’s Visual Voice Mail, VZ Navigator services and comes with Mobile IM application for AIM, MSN and Yahoo. The phone supports 1.9 GHz CDMA PCS, 800 MHz CDMA and EV-DO Revision A (Rev. A) networks.
LG Versa will be available from Verizon Wireless starting from 1 March for $199.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate with a new two-year contract.

Many thanks for telling. I have not actually have time in order to understand it yet still I have bookmarked it so I will be able to look over it later on.
I see a lot of similarities between the LG Versa and an iPhone, but I must say I love the idea behind a detachable QWERTY keyboard. My current Verizon Wireless phone has a QWERTY keyboard which I have grown to love so it’s something I would look for in another phone. Ironically, the phone I have is also an LG phone so it might be time for a trade-in.
