Panasonic Lumix DMC-GH1 HD Capable DSLR Camera

Panasonic introduces at the PMA 2009 its new addition to the Lumix G Micro Sytem, the DMC-GH1. As an enhanced version of the Lumix G1, the Lumix DMC-GH1 is also based on the Micro Four Thirds sytem. It comes with the ability to record High Definition (HD) AVCHD 1080p/24p video at 24fps or 1280x720p video at 60fps. There is an integrated stereo microphone for better voice recording.

The Panasonic Lumix GH1 features a 12.1 Megapixle Live MOS image sensor, Venus Engine HD image processor, iA mode with Optical Image Stabilization, Face Detection, Intelligent Exposure…etc. It has a Live View Finder system that allows users to preview the effects of camera settings.
Panasonic Lumix DMC-GH1 supports SD memory cards. It will come with a newly developed long-zoom interchangeable lens, the LUMIX G VARIO HD 14-140mm/F4.0-5.8 ASPH./MEGA O.I.S.
