Like Getec’s PS535F rugged PDA but you want also the phone function? Consider Nautiz X5, a rugged PDA Phone. Powered by a Marvell PXA320 Xscale 806MHz processor, 256MB RAM and 512MB flash memory, the Nautiz X5 has a 3.5-inch 480×640 VGA touchscreen display and a 3 Megapixel auto focus camera with LED flash.
Nautiz’s X5 features WiFi 802.11b/g, Bluetooth 2.0, integrated GPS SiRF III chipset with Instant Fix II, integrated laser 1D barcode scanner, IrDA and a microSD card slot. It runs Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional.
The rugged X5 is IPX5 and IP6X certified for drop and sand resistant. It can work under the following conditions:
- Operating: -20 to 55 °C (-4 to 131 °F)
- Storage: -25 to 70 °C (-13 to 158 °F)
- Drop: 1.8 m (6 ft)
- Sand & Dust: IP6X
- Water: IPX5
- Humidity: 5% to 90% relative humidity
