Wacom nextbeat NXT-1000 DJ Device

Wacom, known for its graphic tablet, introduces the new nexbeat NXT-1000 stand-alone DJ device. The nextbeat comes wit two digital player, a mixer, an effector. There is a sampler in the wireless portable control uni. It supports MP3, WAV, AIFF, and AAC-LC digital formats.
Designed for professional DJs, the nextbeat NXT-1000 is a fully integrated DJ system with touch sensor controls and live performance functions. The wirless compact unit can move free from the main device for “more dynamic and energetic live performances”.
Wacom’s nextbeat NXT-1000 will be available in end of Summer 2009.

I also heard that a moonie is running the company. Wacom’s CEO (Yamada) is a moonies along with many other people in the company.
