Super Talent RAIDDrive PCIe RAID SSD

Super Talent presents the RAIDDrive PCIe RAID Solid State Drive (SSD) with up to 2TB of capacity. The RAIDDrive uses PCIe 2.0 x8 interface and offers a sequential Read speeds of up to 1.2GB/s and a sequential Write speeds of up to 1.3GB/s. The RAIDDrive can utilizes MLC or SLC flash memories.
Super Talent RAIDDrive is available in three families, the RAIDDrive ES for Enterprise Servers, the RAIDDrive WS for Workstation and RAIDDrive GS for Gamers.
