Acer Veriton M265, M421G and M670G Business Desktop PCs

Acer brings new design features to its popular Veriton line of business desktops. These new design elements can be found on Acer’s new Veriton M265, Veriton M421G and Veriton M670G desktops. These new PCs have open air vents on the front of the system for better ventilation, a hinged/cable-less front bezel so users can open the entire chassis for upgrades easily.
The Acer Veriton M265 is powered by an Intel Pentium Dual Core E2220 2.4GHz (M265-ED2220C) or Celeron Dual Core E14000 2GHz (M265-BE1400C). Both model have 2GB RAM, a 160GB hrd drive, integrated GMA 3100 graphics, SuperMulti DVD burner. The former starts at $419 while the latter at $449 with a 19-inch LCD display.
Acer’s Veriton M421G-ED5000C is equipped with an AMD Athlon X2 Dual-Core 5000B 2.6GHz processor, 2GB RAM, 160GB hard drive and dedicated ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics card. The price starts at $439.
Lastly, the Veriton M670G-UQ9400C, powered by Intel’s Core 2 Quad Q9400 2.66GHz processor, has 3GB RAM, a 512MB ATI Radeon HD 4350 Pro graphics card and 320G hard drive. It is priced at $899.

I just started using Veriton M265 on my desk,
it’s pretty fast and easy to use for many tasks such as text editing, for M-Office, pdf files reading, software setup goes verry fine ..
Games and multimedia files play perfectly good,
and are acceptable especially whene work is on a 16:9 monitor.
I don’t like the way usb keies are plugged in top front hubs of the box, but the entire design is not bad at all,
After several home builds this is my first commercially made PC since my old Apricot. I like it but I have three queries.
1. How does one open the hinges “cableless” front bezel?
2. Why will the card reader read SD but not SDHC cards
3. Since presumably I have paid for the Microsoft operating systems, why are the installation discs not supplied with the PC. The installed software is OK but inflexible for those of us who like to be fully in control.
