Panasonic AG-HMC40 Professional AVCCAM Camcorder

Panasonic announced at the NAB its AG-HMC40 profesionall AVCCAM camcorder. This new camcorder features Full HD 3MOS image sensor, 10.6 Megapixel still photo capture, 12x otpical zoom and AVCHD high quality video recording on SD cards.
As a professional AVCCAM camcorder, Panasonic AG-HMC40 can record 1080/29.97p, 1080/59.94i as well as 720p video recordings. With a 32GB SDHC card, you can capture up to three hours of 1920x1080p Full HD video.
Panasonic HMC40 offers HDMI output, composite video output, analog component output and has a USB 2.0 port. It will be released in August for $3195.

AGHMC40 & AGDVX102B
just got the panasonic AG-HMC40p can some body answer two questions. i got an 8gig sd/hc card and i shot a test shot how do i capture from the camera to my computer???
and the next question if i shoot in 720/60 is that the same as film mode on the p2 where its true slow motion???
any help will help..
