OCZ Z-Drive PCI-Express SSD

OCZ Technology made its Z-Drive PCI-Express SSD (Solid State Drive) solution official. Based on PCI Express 2.0 architecture, the Z-Drive is avaialable in 250GB, 500GB and 1TB capacities. Depending models, the Z-Drive offers a read speed up to 510MB/s and write speed up to 480MB/s. They have 256MB cahce and onboard RAID controller.

- OCZSSDPCIE-1ZDRV500G – 500GB, 510MB/s Read, 480MB/s Write
- OCZSSDPCIE-1ZDRV1T – 1TB, 500MB/s Read, 470MB/s Write
