What you see above is a NES controller inspired mouse that is really awesome. The mouse is just a foam model created by mousevomit.
TweetThis is a foam model which were modeled in various ways for a project in school. I chose to make a Nintendo Entertainment System mouse in which I took much of the design language from the NES system and gamepad.
