PhotoFast G-Monster Promise PCI-e SSD

PhotoFast Japan introduces the G-Monster Promise high-speed PCI-Express SSD (Solid State Drive) that offers 1000MB/s read and weite speeds. Available in 128GB, 256GB, 512GB and 1TB capacities, the G-Monster Promise has 256MB ECC DDR2 cache memory. This new G-Monster is based on MLC flash memory and uses PCI-Express x8 interface.
The Promise PCI-e SSD measures 270mm x 120mm x 43.5mm and weighs 980g.
