Corsair P256 256GB 2.5-inch SSD Now Official

Corsair made its Storage Solutions P256 256GB SSD (model: CMFSSD-256GBG2D) official. The P256 is previously known as the S256. The P256 has a 2.5-inch form factor and uses SATA II 3.0Gb/s interface. Based on Samsung MLC flash memory, Corsair P256 is equipped with Samsung’s SSD controller and 128MB cache memory. It offers 220MB/s read and 200MB/s write speeds.
Corsair P256 SSD is priced at $329.99.
