I have same issue and unfortunately now think it will not work with a TV, only a PC…may be someone can confirm?
I purchased the Headset for my husband, this way he can watch tv. We have a Samsung LCD and Platronics is telling me that I need an adapter in order for the sound to work. Where can I find this adapter, what is the name?
