Super Talent Half Mini 2 Upgrade SSDs for Dell Mini 9

Other than the new MasterDrive EX2 and IX2, Super Talent introduces its new upgrade SSDs for Dell’s Inspiron Mini 9 netbook. Super Talents’s upgrade SSDs will come in two form factors, the standard Half Mini PCIe form factor and the company’s innovative Double Wide Half Mini PCIe form factor. They both uses the custom IDE/PATA interface used in the Mini 9 netbook.
The standard Half Mini PCIe upgrade SSD will be available in 16GB and 32GB capacities while the Double Wide Half Mini PCIe edition will be available in 64GB and 128GB. They are all based on Samsung’s MLC flash memory.
These upgrade SSDs will be showcase at the 2009 Computex Taipei show June 2-6, 2009.
