Super Talent MasterDrive EX2 and IX2 2.5-inch IDE SSDs

Super Talent announced the new MasterDrive EX2 and IX2 2.5-inch Solid State Drives (SSDs) that uses the IDE/PATA interface.
The MasterDrive EX2 is based on MLC flash and offers 16GB-128GB capacities. It offers sequential read speeds up to 80 MB/s and sequential write speeds up to 40MB/s. On the other hand, the SLC-based MasterDrive IX2 is available with 16GB-64GB capacities and features sequential read speeds up to 80 MB/s and sequential write speeds up to 60MB/s.
These new SSDs will be showcased at the 2009 Computex Taipei show June 2-6, 2009.
