Asus Snapdragon Eee PC Smartbook runs Android (Videos)

Asus presents at the Computex 2009 the Eee PC netbook powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon chipset (the Smartbook). After the break, you can see a several videos showing the Eee PC. The netbook is light, compact, thin and fanless.
The Eee PC Smartbook being shown is based on Snapdragon 1GHz processor and runs Android OS. Qualcomm has also announced the new 1.3GHz and 1.5GHz Snapdragon that can handle 1080p video and support WiFi, Bluetooth, UMTS/CDMA connectivity.

Nice start. I will pick one up as soon as it has a touch screen interface in a tablet design with an IR port. That will replace my netbook, cell phone and all my remotes
