IonMID Dephone M100 4.8-inch MID-Phone

Chinese company IonMID presents the Dephone M100, a 4.8-inch MID-phone based on Intel’s CPU. The M100 is boosted by a 800MHz Intel Atom Z500 processor, Intel’s Poulsbo chipset, 512MB RAM and 4GB SSD. It has a 4.8-inch 800×480 LCD screen and a 2.4-inch external for phone function.
IonMID’s Dephone M100 supports WiFi 802.11b/g and Bluetooth 2.0 and has integrated CDMA1X WWAN module. You can also find a webcam, a microSD card slot. It runs Midinux Linux OS.
