Samsung E1107 Crest Solar Mobile Phone

Samsung launches in India the E1107 Crest Solar candy-bar mobile phone. On the back case of the E1107, you can find a solar panel that is to charge the phone’s 800 mAh battery. The E1107 has a 1.52-inch display, FM tuner, support for MP3 ringtone and integrated flashlight.
Samsung’s solar phone supports dual-band GSM 900/1800 MHz networks. The phone is available now in India for INR 2,800 ($59) and is known as the Samsung Solar Guru. Samsung will also release the phone in Europe, Latin America, and Southeast Asia.
