i recently installed a pioneer avic-z110bt and have a problem when using poi function that i hope someone can help me with.
example: when i select POI> ATM> it gives me just pages and pages of Bank of America’s beginning with the closest at say .02 miles and all of the other B of A locations out to about 40 miles… all of the other POI menu choices also behave exactly this same way. it seems to first search alphabetically and then by proximity instead of the other way around making the POI feature useless to everyone except those that deal with B of A…. pioneer tech support has been absolutely no help with this problem telling me this is how all of the units work but i think that tech support doesn’t know what they are talking about…i can’t believe that pioneer would be so stupid like this… if anyone knows how to correct this, please reply…
