E mail Sync icon on new pc studio 1.2.0 ID8 and 1.3.0 IJ1 are disabled and hence are not able to synchronise with my outlook 2003, personal computer operating method is windows xp sp3. need support on why the email sync icon is disabled and why sync won't function. i have the samsung jet s8000 and have trouble synchronising with outlook 2003.
