SanDisk is going to launch in August its Extreme SDHC card with 32GB capacity and offers up to 30MB/s read and write speeds. Intended for use on DSLR cameras and HD camcorders that require high transfer rate and high capacity, the 32GB SanDisk Extreme fits their needs.
The 32GB SDHC memory card is built on SD Association’s new Class 10 specification. It is able to hold 160 minutes of 1920×1080 Full HD video at 24Mb/s data transfer rate or up to 2500 RAW images.
SanDisk Extreme 32GB SDHC card will be shipped in August. At the same time, SanDisk will upgrade the 4GB, 8GB, 16GB SDHC from Class 6 to Class 10. Pricing of 32GB card has not been announced while the 16GB costs $199.
