
Vizio adds to its flagship XVT series nine new Full HD models ranging from 32-inch to 55-inch screen sizes. Most new models get the 240Hz refresh rate and some of them have the TruLED backlit with Smart Dimming backlight technology, including SV472XVT, VF550XVT and VF552XVT.
Vizio also adds the VIZIO Internet Apps (VIA) function to SV422XVT, SV472XVT and VF552XVT. The VIA feature allows these HDTVs to have easy access to internet content.
There are two Slim Line models, SV320XVT and SV370XVT, with 120Hz refresh rate. All these HDTVs have 1080p Full HD resolution, 2,000,000:1 Mega Dynamic Contrast, USB port as well as SRS TruSurround and SRS TruVolume sound enhancement technology.

At CES in January 2009, Vizio caused quite the commotion by saying their 55″ LED LCD (VF551XVT) would be priced at $1999, they also said it would be out in June.
