Corsair Extreme Series High-Performance SSDs

Corsair introduces the Extreme Series high-performance solid state drives (SSDs). Three models are available, the X32, X64 and X128 with 32GB, 64GB and 128GB capacities respectively. Based on Samsung’s MLC flash memory and Indilinx Barefoot controller, the Extreme Series has 64MB cache.
Corsair’s Extreme series offers a read speed up to 240MB/s and a write speed up to 170MB/s. It uses STAT II 3Gb/s interface. It is for RAID 0 configurations on your desktop. These SSDs are backed by a Two-Year Limited Warranty.
